This policy describes what Called to Sweat (operated by Wise Total Fitness) collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver workouts by email and process payments, we never sell your information, and you can be deleted on request.
What we collect
- Account and delivery information: buyer name and email, missionary name and missionary email, and an optional parent pass email.
- Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and the plan purchased; we never see or store card numbers.
- Email engagement: our email platform records standard delivery data such as opens and link clicks, which we use to confirm workouts are arriving.
- Free challenge signups: the email address you submit.
We do not collect health data, fitness results, or any information about missionary location or assignment.
How we use it
- Delivering the weekly workout emails to the missionary and parent pass
- Processing purchases, refunds, and the activation of gift plans
- Responding to support requests
- Sending service announcements and, to buyers and challenge subscribers, occasional marketing emails you can unsubscribe from with one click
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the program: Stripe (payments), our email platform (delivery), and our website host. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Note that unsubscribing the missionary email from workout delivery stops the service you paid for, so contact us first if something seems wrong.
- Access or deletion: email us at help@calledtosweat.com to see or delete the information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
- Parent pass changes: email us to update or remove the parent pass address.
Data retention
We keep subscriber records for the life of the plan plus 3 years for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them. Free challenge emails that never convert are removed from active lists after 18 months.
Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and missionaries served by the program are 18 or older.
Changes and contact
