Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of Called to Sweat, a workout subscription service operated by Wise Total Fitness ("we," "us"). By purchasing a plan or using our content, you agree to them. If you're buying for a missionary, you're agreeing on behalf of your household's use of the service.

1. What the service is

Called to Sweat delivers weekly bodyweight workout programming, exercise demonstration videos, and nutrition tips by email to a missionary email address and, if provided, one parent email address. We are an independent program and are not affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

2. Health and safety disclaimer

Called to Sweat provides general fitness programming, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting this or any exercise program, especially with any existing injury or health condition. By using the workouts, you (or the missionary you purchased for) voluntarily assume all risk of injury. Stop any exercise that causes pain and seek medical care when needed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries arising from use of the programming.

3. Plans and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

4. The parent pass

Every plan includes one additional email subscription (the parent pass) intended for a parent or guardian at home. The parent pass must be a personal, non-missionary email address (addresses on missionary email domains are not accepted). One parent pass per plan. To change the parent pass address, email us.

5. Gift purchases

If you buy The Whole Mission as a gift, the recipient's programming begins when their missionary email is submitted through the activation form. Gift purchases have no cash value separate from the plan purchased.

6. Your content license

Workouts, videos, recipes, and emails are our copyrighted content, licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use by the subscribed missionary and parent pass holder. Sharing a workout with a companion in your apartment is the spirit of the program. Forwarding the full weekly emails to non-subscribers, reposting the video library, or reselling the programming is not permitted.

7. Refunds

Our refund policy, including the First-Transfer Guarantee, is described on the Refund Policy page and is part of these terms.

8. Changes to the service or terms

We may update programming, delivery methods, or these terms. Material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it. If we ever discontinue the service, active prepaid plans will be refunded pro-rata for unused months.

9. Contact and disputes

Questions and account requests: help@calledtosweat.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
