The First-Transfer Guarantee
If your missionary isn't loving the program by the end of their first transfer, six full weeks from their first workout email, email us at help@calledtosweat.com and we'll refund the full purchase price of any plan. No forms, no hoops, no questions beyond what helps us improve.
How the guarantee works by plan
- First Transfer Strong ($35): full refund within 6 weeks of the first workout email.
- The Whole Mission ($349 / $279): full refund within 6 weeks of the first workout email. For gift purchases, the clock starts at activation, not purchase, so a plan bought months before a missionary leaves is fully protected.
- Monthly ($19/month): full refund of your first payment within 6 weeks. After that, cancel anytime and billing stops at the end of the current month; we don't refund partial months. Manage or cancel your subscription here.
After the guarantee window
- Monthly plans: no refunds needed, just cancel. Access runs through the period you've paid for.
- Prepaid plans: not refundable after the 6-week window, with two exceptions. If a missionary returns home early for any reason, we'll refund the unused months in full; just email us. And if we ever discontinue the service, all unused prepaid months are refunded automatically.
- Transfers: a prepaid plan can be transferred once to a sibling or another missionary at no charge.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval. We approve guarantee refunds within 2 business days of your email.
